Blazin' Crackers got it's start back in 2003. I am a cook, trained to taste and determine what a dish needs to make it great. I was at a potluck dinner where I worked, and a lady brought some "flavored" crackers. I tasted them and let's just say they were lacking "something". I decided to get into the "lab" (my kitchen) and worked at mixing different ingredients and had my son's friends as my taste testers. Finally, after approximately 3 months, I was able to ascertain the correct ingredients and there the recipe was born!

One of my close friends (Ronald Gibson) and I came up with the name, Blazin' Crackers and the slogan "For a Cracker with a kick, get your Blazin' Cracker fix!!" I then had to try it out in the retail market. I realized I was going to attend the Southside Church of Christ Homecoming that April 2003 and made a decision to sell them to the children, to get feedback. 

Unbeknownst to me, that would be my BIG start. The children LOVED them and the adults did too!!! I am now a "Staple" at all of their events! I have always been thankful for the Malone family and the entire church family (where I got my start.) I stepped out on Faith and God blessed me with great people who truly loves Blazin' Crackers!
